Hi,

I eventually got up the courage to post a video on YouTube. Jamming with S-Gear 2.5 and my Duesenberg Starplayer TV. And for sure my favorite amp "The Wayfarer":

Greetingss

Peter

And here is the preset:

Here is another jam, using the same preset, played with my Les Paul and the CryBaby 535Q.

Great tone. I tried opening that file but I think it's broken and something is wrong with it. Anyone able to open this properly?

Thanks.

If you mean the preset file, you have to use the "import" feature in S-Gear.

Hey LtKojak -btw great show that I used to watch lol....ok, well I'm really new on this forum and I've not even downloaded the trial version so everything is new to me. I do know that the S grear sounds great. So do I need to have S Gear downloaded in order to import this present? Thanks very much.

Hi Zen Axe,

You can download the S-GEAR trial from the download page - click 'Download' in the top menu. Choose the correct version for your operating system (MAC or Windows). The software will give you a 15 day trial.

You also need an audio interface. If you don't have one then try searching the forum here, you'll find lots of discussion about different options.

You'll find a lot of information in the S-GEAR User Manual .

Cheers,
Mike

I'd like to know what you exactly were expecting to hear by "opening the file"?

Care to explain?

Sure. Given my lack of familiarity with the system and presets i assumed it was a file that showed any settings used. Once i download S- Gear, it'll work out fine
Thanks for the comments.

Oh, I see; fair enough.

As Mike said, download and have a look at S-Gear's manual. It's an excellent resource of knowledge, not only to use the program, but to acquire sound foundations about modeling in general.

Have fun with S-Gear! :feeling it:

Yours very truly,

Very nice tone Vogel :thumbs up:

I seem to be hearing a little glitch in the backing track? It'd be great to fix that.

Cheers,
Mike
